Overwhelm grows when everything feels equally urgent. • Ask yourself: “What actually needs my attention today, and what can wait?” • Choose just 1–3 important tasks and let the rest move to another day. • Release the pressure to do it all at once or do it all perfectly.

Your brain resists huge, vague problems—but it can handle small, concrete actions. • Instead of “fix my life,” try “make 1 call,” “send 1 email,” “tidy 1 drawer,” or “schedule 1 appointment.” • Each small win tells your mind and body: “I’m not stuck. I’m moving forward.”
