Research from the World Health Organization (June 14, 2024) highlights how fluctuations in food prices significantly influence consumer demand for various foods and beverages. Despite these challenges, it is possible to navigate this complex landscape and make healthier decisions. Here are some strategies:

 Look out for sales on fresh produce and whole grains; these can be more affordable if you buy in bulk or seasonally.

 Understanding food labels can empower you to make informed choices about what you're putting on your plate.
